Access hundreds of ready to use plans for a very cheap yearly subscription:

8. English Grammar in Use
Fantastic book resource aimed at English learners but great for ESL teachers: simple grammar explanations, exercises and answer key. Such a popular title, you should easily be able to order second-hand:

9. Your English Source
ESOL photocopiables, task sheets and teacher notes for field trips like ‘at the grocery store’ or ‘cooking.’ Try 3 free and download 40 such lessons for between $5 and $15.

10. iSLCollective 
Free ESL printables made by teachers from iSLCollective. You’ll need to sign-up as a member,
then download for free:
