What makes a Christian TEFL course different?
Christian TEFL works alongside six mission partners that reach out with the gospel through teaching English: Cambodia Action, ReachAcross, TeachBeyond, WEC International, People International, and Interserve. All profits from each course sale to support these organisations, or you can choose to bless ESOL outreach, as we work with churches supporting refugees and asylum seekers in the UK.
How this interactive course works
You take this course through the Global English TESOL website, and it is ideal if you’ve got a good broadband connection and can work entirely online via a tablet/PC/Mac. You’ll complete interactive exercises, create lesson plans and watch and respond to videos that bring the course to life.
We welcome candidates from all walks of life, and therefore our Christian TEFL courses are open to both native and non-native English speakers who are over 17 years old, with good written and spoken English. If you are a non-native English speaker, please ask us if you are not sure about your level of English, so that we can give you some guidance as to what we expect. We can also point you towards a test of English, meaning you can check your English level before you enrol. As a general guide, we would expect you to have an IELTS level of 6.5, which should enable you to complete the course successfully.
